Breath through your nose. Not your mouth. Breathing through your mouth can cause your body to respond as if you are in panic making your stress worse.
Also, when you can find a quiet moment, imagine energy moving through your body, entering the left side throug your fingers and toes, and leaving through your right side fingers and toes, breath in good energy, and breath out the bad stuff. It works for me.
chew gum..try being more confident being goofy and pray to god in the bible it says who ever asks for a holy spirt shall reiceve a holy spirt..just like a child asking his dad for food shall recieve food..but keep praying hard because it takes time god will work in msyteryious ways..
I do a lot of things for stress relief. Exercise is one of the best. A good hard workout burns off a lot of stress. Another thing is to laugh. I’m repeating myself but this is a very silly world we live in. There is almost always something to laugh at and I look for those things.
Lastly, realize that nothing we do really will make any difference in the grand scheme of things. Stressing over something will never make anything better, so don’t do it. It rarely matters what you do so you might as well relax to the facts of life.
put your face deep into a pillow and…SCREEEEAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
